Scheduled to last up to 45 Minutes per fitness session & up to 30 minutes per group meet.

At all We All Fit Events, we ensure everyone is comfortable and will in no way force anyone to participate in anything within a Public Group unless they freely request or agree to sharing their thoughts with everyone present.
* What if I Miss a Session?
The Course is available 24/7 to ensure a flexible & adaptable approach for everyone attending. This also enables participants to complete their fitness session and submit any advised feedback or worksheets.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, (illness/injury, family issues or technical difficulties), participants are advised to contact the Coach to ensure you do not miss out on the session.
* Do I Have To Complete the Full Course?
At We All Fit we understand and respect every individuals choice and belief. We therefore do not force anyone to start, complete, or miss anything.
We simply advise to take part in all aspects of the Course to ensure the desired outcome.
