Training with We All Fit was a great experience.

The physical circuit training, the advice on nutrition etc really helped as well.

Book a training session with Mike right now, You will not be disappointed. He trained me for my fight last year and I can honestly say you will not find a better trainer/coach than him. Michael has many years of combat experience which he is keen to share and pass on. His technical work is brilliant! You’ll learn something new with each session, he always keeps things fresh. His conditioning sessions are no joke, prepare to work hard. He’ll give you advice about mindset which I think is massive, it helped me get through those sessions where I wanted to quit. He also has excellent nutritional advice...He’s a complete trainer and top guy!

I've been training with Mike for at least 5 years and in time it got to be the best part of my day.
I wish I had time to go more often. The endorphins at the end are worth all the sweat and tears.Mike will always make u go the extreme and you will see real results because of it...let's put it that way. Highly Recommended! I took part in Bootcamp with Danielle In Aldershot three times a week and definitely enjoyed the activities we did. She is a outstanding coach. I have recently had a baby and before then we did Pre-natal exercises via video calls On Whatsapp three times a week for 1 hour. Very refreshing and definitely helped me to keep fit during my pregnancy. I can’t recommend We All Fit enough.

Danielle creates great workout timing, that by the end of each session we were just pushing through the exercise, without excessively over working muscle groups / body. I like that she is prepared and organised. The sessions could run through smoothly from start to end. It's great that Danielle ensures cool down, it feels so refreshing and you forget how challenging the workout was. Very informative, speaks well to the group and individuals always reminding on forms and posture.

Dani's sessions are timed perfectly, it's just enough to push yourself and get a good workout, but not so long as to be exhausting. Danielle was aware of any specific health problems and made sure they were catered for. I have arthritis and she ensured my hips were warmed up and cooled down appropriately. Very good clear instructions and advice. Not condescending, just kind and helpful.
